This hotel is located in a great spot with a short walk to the beach, close to plentiful restaurants and shops, and the main road where you can catch a bus for only 10 pesos to the downtown area. the room and bathroom are large and clean, and the breakfast is inclusive. the bar and pool area is fantastic, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The furniture and appliances are outdated, and some of them were in need of maintenance and updating.

The maintenance staff quickly addresses appliance issues. The location provides access to a nearby beach and shops. The security guards are fantastic. Taxis are readily available for easy transportation.

GOOD LOCATION, THE FOOD SERVICE IS REGULAR IS COMPLETE BUT DOES NOT HAVE VERY GOOD TASTE ALSO ALWAYS THROUGHOUT MY STAY WERE THE SAME DISHES, WIFI SERVICE IS BAD, WE DELIVERED THE CAR WITH A FLAT TIRE, CLEAN AND SPACIOUS ROOMS BUT NOT WITH ALL THE SERVICES I OFFERED WHEN I BOOKED.

This place is really well located, with easy access to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff here is fantastic and goes above and beyond to accommodate guests. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with all the amenities you could need, including air conditioning and a sitting area. The breakfast offered here is really good, with plenty of options to choose from. The swimming pool is a great place to relax and unwind, and the free Wi-Fi is a bonus.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city break, as it was close to many restaurants and shopping options. We also appreciated the fact that the rooms were clean and had kitchenettes. the staff at the dining area were friendly and offered a varied and delicious breakfast.

The noise level was high at times, with noise coming from outside and the tile floor in the room contributing to the loudness. , the check-in and check-out process could be handled better, with more staff available during peak times.
